$1.2M, Overflow drain study and design of new roof overflow drains.
$2M, Provided design and construction administration of the 2nd floor through wall flashing, which included design/analysis of removing exterior brick for the installation of the through wall flashing.
Lobby renovation including waiting areas, concessions area and outpatient services offices. The work also included splitting a constant volume HVAC single zone off of a 7 zone unit into 3 separate zones via VAV boxes.
